MBSR

I propose an MBSR protocol over 8 weeks.

The group is an important factor in the protocol as an energising element, of exchange, of discovery and of rediscovering our shared humanity.

Structure of the protocol:

  • 8 weeks
  • One group session of 2h30 per week
  • Daily practice (40 to 45 minutes)
  • One day of practice: a 6-hour retreat of silence

Audio, video and written (Pdf) documents will be received throughout the programme.

New protocols are introduced regularly.

The price follows a price scale (see “protocol details”): from €250 to €400.
