MINDFULNESS WORKSHOP
These WORKSHOP are an opportunity to reconnect with or explore mindfulness meditation.
Regain full awareness of the body, breathing, sensory experiences and thoughts/emotions.
Prerequisites
No pre-requisites.
Course content
Returning to the body and the breath. Regaining a base in the moment.
Exploring the field of sensations, starting with the breath and extending attention to our entire sensory experience.
The body in movement, attention in the present.
Understanding the relationship between body, thoughts and emotions.
Incorporating all our experiences into the field of open consciousness.
