MINDFULNESS BASED STRESS REDUCTION

Protocol introduced in the early 80s by Dr Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts.

The protocol takes place over 8 weeks…

MBSR ON-LINE

I propose an ONLINE MBSR protocol following exactly the same procedures as the face-to-face protocol set up in 2018;

This gives those who are far from major cities, with reduced mobility or on business trips the opportunity to complete a full MBSR protocol.

 

SETTLE IN AND MOVE FORWARD

Take the time to find ourselves, to rediscover our conscious centre of gravity and to continue one step at a time, one moment at a time.

MINDFULNESS WORKSHOP

These WORKSHOP are an opportunity to reconnect with or explore mindfulness meditation.

Regain full awareness of the body, breathing, sensory experiences and thoughts/emotions.

MINDFULNESS RETREAT

 

A silent mindfulness retreat is a meditation space where you can discover new ways of looking at yourself and the world.

Mindfulness is cultivated on a daily basis as part of formal and informal practice.

 

MINDFULNESS & COMPASSION

This programme of 6 sessions of 2 hours each will introduce the fundamentals of mindfulness and then explore our human experience through mindfulness while integrating the practice of self-compassion and compassion.
