Prerequisites

No pre-requisites.

Course content

  • Returning to the body and breathing. Getting back to basics in the moment.
  • Exploring the field of sensations, starting with the breath and extending attention to our entire sensory experience.
  • The body in movement, attention in the present.
  • Understanding the relationship between body, thoughts and emotions.
  • Incorporating all our experiences into the field of open consciousness.
