A mindfulness retreat in Nepal, in support of BIA — Bodhisattva in Action

We join our meditation practice to the work of BIA — Bodhisattva in Action, a Nepalese organisation that cares for orphaned and disabled children. Each retreat helps fund its action.

Mindfulness, generosity, kindness

For several years, Stéphane has organised mindfulness retreats in Nepal in collaboration with the non-profit association Vivre en Pleine Conscience. The aim is simple: to practise together, and to let that practice support people who need it.

The retreats support BIA — Bodhisattva in Action, a Nepalese organisation in Kathmandu that runs an orphanage and cares for severely disabled children, providing them with medical support, education and vocational training in an environment of respect and humanity. On arrival, participants stay in a hotel run by young adults who grew up in the orphanage.

The retreats are open to anyone wishing to discover mindfulness or deepen their experience, in a supportive and beautiful setting, while supporting humanitarian and social action.
