Online mindfulness retreats
A day or a weekend of guided silence, from wherever you are. Step away from the demands of daily life, without travel, and give your practice the time and continuity it needs to deepen.

Is a retreat right for you?
We carry more than our attention was ever meant to hold: messages, news, endless lists, conversations held half-present. A retreat is a deliberate pause. For a day or a weekend, the schedule is set, the guidance is steady, and there is nothing to keep up with. You simply show up and practise.
Online retreats bring this pause home. There is no travel and no added cost; we help you turn your home into a quiet space for the duration of the retreat, with simple boundaries for your phone, your meals and the people around you.

Who these retreats are for
Online retreats are designed for people who already have some practice: a completed MBSR or similar program, a few months of regular meditation, or a previous retreat. If you are completely new to meditation, we suggest starting with Discover Meditation or MBSR Online.
They are also a good way to keep your practice alive between longer in-person retreats.
Online or in person?
Online retreats offer accessibility and simplicity. Our in-person silent retreats of five or ten days offer something different: the depth of a dedicated place, nature, and the quiet support of a community living and practising together, day and night. Many practitioners combine both.

Taught by
Stéphane Offort, retreat teacher with over 30 years of practice
Stéphane spent fifteen years in retreat in the Tibetan Buddhist tradition and has led silent mindfulness retreats across Europe, including three ten-day retreats for neuroscience research at Inserm. He guides online retreats with the same care for silence, continuity and individual support.
Questions people ask
Do I need experience?
Yes, some practice is recommended: a completed MBSR or similar program, a few months of regular meditation, or a previous retreat.
How does silence work at home?
We send practical guidance before the retreat: informing the people you live with, setting your phone aside, preparing simple meals. You keep your camera on during guided sessions and practise in silence during breaks.
How do the prices work?
For one-day retreats, you choose what you pay between €39 and €99. For weekend retreats, there are three rates: reduced (€180) for students, people on low incomes or in financial difficulty; standard (€240); and supporter (€300), which helps someone else attend at the reduced rate. Everyone receives the same retreat, and no proof is asked.
What do I need technically?
A computer or tablet with a camera, a stable internet connection, the free Zoom application, and a quiet space.
